Jeffrey "Football" Baucom, 64, has passed away on December 25, 2018.  He was born September 3, 1954 to the late Dorce Everette and Ruby Margaret Proctor Baucom.

Jeffrey was retired from GKN Driveline.  He loved riding Harleys and taking road trips to the beach and mountains.  He was a true "character" that everyone who knew him will surely miss.

Left to cherish his memory are two nephews, Charles "Chad" Baucom and Christopher J. Baucom, and a family who thought the world of him.

The Baucom family will receive friends on Monday, December 31, 2018 at First Baptist Church 50 E Main St, Maiden, NC 28650 from 10:00am until 11:00am.  A funeral service will follow at 11:15am.  Pastor Eddie Andrews will be officiating.  Interment will follow the service at First Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the charity of your choice.

My condolence to you, for you loss. My heart goes out to you. I’m praying for strength beyond normal, to comfort you and your family. God does Not cause death right now. "Time and unforeseen occurrences befall all." Ecclesiatstes 9:11. Remember: "Thy kingdom come, thy will be done,on Earth, as it is in Heaven.". Matthew 6:10; Daniel 2:44. You see it is a government that Jesus soon will rule as King. It will bring no more pain, no more sorrow, no more tears, no more death. Revelation 21:3-5. The dead will live again, here on Earth. Acts 24:15; Psalms 37:11, 29; Isaiah 26:19. Make sure you look up all the scripture to see this is all true. There is more. If your interested please click or tap This link.
